TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing this subscription you agree to the following terms and conditions.

PRIVATE CALLS: Once you sign-up you'll be emailed a link to self-schedule your monthly call with Sarah.

  • You can schedule up to 3-months in advance.
  • Call availability times vary based on Sarah's schedule, but are generally between the hours of 8am-5:00 PM PST Mon-Thursday and 10:30-3:00 PST on Friday.
  • It is recommended you book your calls at least one month in advance and KEEP that apt sacred, there's no guarantee you'll be able to find a rebooking opening if you cancel your appointment.
  • It is YOUR responsibility to remember to book your calls.
  • Unused calls DO NOT roll over. 

--If your call is canceled less than 24 hours before its scheduled time, you will forfeit that monthly call.

--If you are more than 10 minutes late to a call, you will forfeit that monthly call.

--If you no-show more than twice your membership will be canceled.

--If you reschedule 3 times in a row, your membership will be canceled. 

A 12-month minimum membership commitment is required, during the 12 months your membership is not eligible for cancelation, after that however, you may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

BILLING: This is a monthly auto-billing subscription membership. You will be charged the first month's subscription fee immediately, and your subscription will auto-renew each month on this date.

If your renewal payment fails, we will try processing again. If it fails 3 times, your membership access will be canceled. This also cancels your original membership pricing. 

All membership access cancels immediately if/when membership is canceled.
