Retreat Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this retreat ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and AGREE to the following terms and conditions:

  • All purchases are non-refundable. This includes partial or full refunds for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or changes in availability. If you are unable to attend for any reason the amount you've paid can be transferred to any of Sarah's coaching products within 12 months. 

  • Payment Plan Policy: If you are on a monthly payment plan and your payment method is declined, you will receive an email asking you to update your card on file. If three (3) consecutive payment attempts fail, your ticket will be canceled without refund.

  • Travel Documentation: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport for international travel. Centrella Global LLC and/or Sarah Centrella are not responsible for your failure to obtain or maintain valid travel documentation.

  • Liability Waiver: By attending this retreat, you acknowledge and agree that Centrella Global LLC and/or Sarah Centrella shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, or loss incurred during your travel, your stay at the villa, participation in group activities, local excursions, or any other aspect related to this retreat. You also acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

  • Accommodation Expectations: You understand that accommodations in Italy may differ from typical U.S. standards. This may include smaller showers, reduced water pressure, lack of daily maid service, and the use of drying racks due to weak dryers etc. The villa will be traditional which may seem dated. These are part of the cultural experience and not grounds for complaint or refund.

  • Meals & Dietary Restrictions: Meals at the villa are prepared by Sarah and retreat participants, including yourself. If you have food allergies or specific dietary needs, you may be responsible for preparing your own meals or bringing suitable alternatives. Meals taken outside the villa are not included.

  • Transportation & Airfare: Airfare and transportation to/from the retreat location are not included in the retreat price unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for arranging your own travel to the villa. Travel suggestions will be provided to assist you.

  • Media Release: Photos and/or videos taken during the retreat may be used by Centrella Global LLC and/or Sarah Centrella for marketing and promotional purposes. Your name will not be used without your consent.
